Blocks of hours can be purchased—we call these “Bulk Hours”—in prepaid amounts of 25, 50, and 100 hours. (Larger amounts available upon request)
They are good for 1 year from the date purchased allowing ample time to take full advantage of your purchase.
You can choose to be billed directly for overage hours or you can purchase an additional Bulk Hours plan.
AV Solutions offers a very fast response time. If the issue cannot be fixed via a phone call, a technician will be scheduled to go onsite to resolve the issue.
All service calls are a 2-hour minimum.
The technician will supply any necessary small parts/cables for the maintenance call and the cost of those items will be deducted from the balance of hours from your Bulk Hours plan. This does not include major equipment. For major equipment, you can choose to be billed separately for it or have the cost deducted from the balance of hours from your Bulk Hours plan. Major equipment may be defined as any type of electronics that has a warranty.
If the equipment is still under manufacturer warranty, any time and possible shipping costs will be deducted from your Bulk Hours plan. If the equipment is not under manufacturer warranty, you’ll be provided with an estimate and billed separately to repair and/or replace the equipment and the labor time will be deducted from your Bulk Hours plan.
No travel is charged for any locations within the East Baton Rouge Parish. Locations outside of the East Baton Rouge Parish will incur a travel charge.
